About the Journal

InABR published by Indonesian Consortium of Biomedical Sciences or Konsorsium Ilmu Biomedik Indonesia (KIBI). The ISSN number: 2798-8236 (electronic). InABR publish three categories of papers; 1). Original research papers, 2). Case report articles, and 3). Literature review articles on applied or scientific research relevant to biomedical sciences. The scope of this journal covering biomedicine, molecular biology, stem cell, and herbal medicine, anti-aging, reproduction, and genetics. Since 2022, InABR has been indexed by Crossref and all articles have unique DOI numbers. 

KIBI was established in 2015 and is growing. At the beginning of its formation, KIBI consisted of 12 Biomedical and Medical Science Study Programs, both master and doctoral programs and now there are 18 study programs in Indonesia join with KIBI, namely from the University of North Sumatra, Andalas University Padang, Sriwijaya University Palembang, Universitas Indonesia, Yarsi University, Atma Jaya University, General University. Sudirman Purwokerto, Gajah Mada University, Diponegoro University, Sultan Agung University Semarang, Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Brawijaya, Udayana University, Hasanuddin University. The editorial board is the expert from our partner both from Indonesia and abroad, while the reviewer is mostly from the expert of KIBI members.

The increase in the number of members is accompanied by the increase of the scientific articles produced, not only in the form of original articles from research results but also review articles. Once a year, KIBI held a National Scientific Meeting (Temilnas KIBI) which is always attended by hundreds of participants for free papers and posters presentation. The selected papers will be published in  InABR. In addition, many student scientific articles on biomedical themes, molecular biology, stem cell, and herbal medicine, anti-aging, reproduction, genetics, nanomedicine have not received adequate forums for publication.

SUMMARY

InABR only accepts manuscripts written in full English and processes submitted original script related of scope to biomedical sciences and not being published by other publishers. We publish three categories of papers; 1). Original research papers, 2). Case report articles, and 3). Literature review articles on applied or scientific research relevant to biomedical sciences. The scope of this journal covers biomedicine, molecular biology, stem cell, herbal medicine, anti-aging, reproduction, and genetics. InABR does not charge any publication fee from the authors for the papers to be published.

InABR registered in The International Standard Serial Number by International Centre as the Global Index for Continuing Resources. The ISSN number of InABR : 2798-8236  (electronic),  generated by Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) with number of SK ISSN 0005.27988236/K.4/SK.ISSN/2021.07.

ARCHIVING

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. 

InABR published journal articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY 4.0). Any further distribution or use of content published under CC BY 4.0 must maintain attribution to the author(s) and the published article’s title, journal citation, and DOI.  InABR articles published under a CC BY License may be used for Text and Data Mining purposes, subject to the conditions of the CC BY License terms.
